Official Invitation
Letter from the Secretariat
Distinguished Delegates of SOBILMUN’X,
SOBILMUN’X welcomes you to a conference shaped by renewal, resilience, and a shared commitment to diplomacy. Just as global leaders navigate complex challenges and unforeseen crises, we believe each delegate will discover their own strength, voice, and capacity for collaboration throughout these sessions.
Our committees and agenda items have been carefully prepared with the hope of inspiring meaningful debate and encouraging delegates to rethink what diplomacy can look like. Each session provides you with a vital opportunity to share your ideas, refine your arguments, and understand diverse viewpoints. In this conference, you are not merely delegates; you are active contributors who will shape the discussions and the overall experience.
What brings SOBILMUN’X to life is the rich variety of perspectives you bring to the table. This conference grows stronger through the dynamic mix of backgrounds, ideas, and ambitions within every committee. We encourage you to question confidently, work together openly, and embrace the moments that will define your MUN journey.
On behalf of the entire Secretariat, we look forward to the narratives you will create, the decisions you will influence, and the memorable moments we will share. May SOBILMUN’X be an experience full of creativity, discovery, and motivation for the future.
Warm regards,
Duru Demirkıran & Öznur Göç
